  • WHAT WE DO AND DON’T DO

    We give women and men guidance, accountability and practical help mapping out fitter and healthier futures.

    We don’t do quick fixes or use the usual marketing tricks to guilt trip you in to taken action.

    And you won’t find us pushing ‘free trials’ or time sensitive offers because we all know they are only there to butter you up for the up-sell.

  • THE STUDIO

    We work out of a small private studio in Old Town Swindon. There’s only ever a maximum of one other trainer working at the same time so it’s a pretty private set-up.

    The studio is well-equipped and everyone is welcome to come and have a look before signing up to train with us.

  • EXPERIENCED + QUALIFIED

    I should probably use this paragraph to talk about how passionate I am about helping other people reach their fitness goals - but everyone says that don’t they?

    I believe you actually have to start working with a trainer to see if you ‘click’ - a bit like test driving a car instead relying on the

    I do have a BSc in Sports Science - if that doesn’t help convince you I know what I’m doing then that’s three years and a student loan gone to waste.

  • FULL SUPPORT

    If you need help setting up a nutrition plan, managing your lifestyle or increasing your sense of well-being, we can get you on the right track.

    Whether it’s a detailed, structured plan or just pointers in the right direction, it’s all included as part of your training package.

  • TWICE PER WEEK PACKAGE

    This package is perfect for those fired up to reach long-term or ‘nagging’ health and fitness goals.

    You’ll be encouraged to make the most of your 10 session monthly PT allowance, which covers all of your regular weekly sessions - even during longer months.

    Your slots will be reserved for you indefinitely, but you can easily reschedule these online.

    You’ll have access to unlimited open gym sessions, every Sunday at 6 pm (term time), where I shall be waiting to give you a helping hand.

    This package is the ultimate value for those committed to pushing on with health, strength or weight-related goals.

    If you think you’ll train, on average, fewer than seven times per month and won’t ever make use of our open gym, you may be better off exploring our five session per month package and ‘topping up’ with additional sessions.

  • ONCE PER WEEK PACKAGE

    If you’re a bit short on time, just dipping your toe in or getting the rest of your fitness fix elsewhere, this package is for you.

    You’ll have up to five monthly sessions, covering all of your regular weekly slots - even during longer months.

    Your slots will be reserved for you indefinitely, but you can easily reschedule these online.

    You’ll have the option to attend our open gym night, for £10.00, subject to availability.

    You can also purchase additional PT sessions, any time, subject to availability and at the single session rate (£42.50)

    This package is more than enough to get you started, maintain your basic strength or compliment your other fitness interests.

    You can always upgrade to our two per week package if your circumstances change.
